FAQ

Is this legal advice?

No. The program is educational consultation. For legal strategy, retain a qualified attorney licensed in Germany.

Can I stay anonymous in the cohort?

Yes. Cameras may stay off for drafting sessions, and you are never required to share identifying employer details with peers.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We cannot accelerate your employer’s investigation timeline, access internal files, or guarantee a particular outcome after you report. If your situation requires immediate protective orders or criminal reporting, we will pause coursework and point you to appropriate services.

Do you help managers as well as complainants?

Yes, with clear role boundaries. Manager tracks emphasize documentation hygiene and non-retaliation awareness rather than investigative techniques reserved for designated officers.

Participant notes

Module 3’s channel map finally explained why my company’s “ethics line” routed differently from the works council path. I used that before sending anything.

The drafting feedback was exacting. I wanted softer wording; Anja kept pulling me back to observable facts. That tension was uncomfortable and necessary.
