Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid Sync Workspaces consultation programs and briefings confirmed in a written enrollment or invoice. Informational prices on this website are not invoices.

Eligibility timeframe

For distance contracts with consumers, you may cancel within 14 days of enrollment confirmation without giving a reason, unless you expressly request that services begin during that period and acknowledge that you may lose the right to withdraw once performance has fully completed.

Full refund conditions

A full refund is available if you cancel in writing before the first live session of a program or briefing and no downloadable cohort materials unique to that intake have been released to you. Desk Briefings cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start are fully refundable.

Partial refund conditions

If you withdraw after the first live session but before the midpoint of a multi-week program, we may offer a partial refund of up to 40% of the program fee, less the value of sessions already delivered. Partial refunds are assessed case by case and confirmed in writing.

Non-refundable items

Completed one-to-one briefings, custom employer workshops after delivery, third-party fees (if any), and administrative card processing costs already incurred where permitted by law are non-refundable. Digital worksheets already downloaded as part of an intake may reduce refundable amounts.

Refund process

Email info@sync-workspaces.digital with your full name, program name, enrollment date, and reason for the request (optional except where needed to assess partial refunds). We confirm receipt within three business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible. If that method is unavailable, we will arrange a bank transfer to an account you designate.

Cancellation by Sync Workspaces

If we cancel a cohort or briefing, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected. Illness or emergencies may justify goodwill accommodations outside the standard schedule; document requests help us respond fairly.
